Accessibility statement

Introduction

We want our website to be usable for as many people as possible. On this page we provide information about the current accessibility status and improvements that are already planned.

Scope

This accessibility statement applies to the website www.pure-models.de, including the German and English language subpages, as well as to our online services: Meta, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.

The assessment is based on the requirements of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) and the BFSG Ordinance as well as the success criteria of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, conformance level AA.

Status of compatibility with the requirements

The website is currently partially accessible. The requirements are met in large parts, however there are still individual barriers.

Non accessible content

As part of a technical self assessment, the following barriers were identified, among others:

  • In some areas, colour contrast for text and controls is insufficient.
  • Some areas are not fully structured as landmarks, which can make navigation with screen readers more difficult.
  • Scrollable content areas are not always optimally reachable or focusable via keyboard.
  • Some page templates require consistent language annotations.
  • Full accessibility of embedded PDFs and external content cannot currently be guaranteed in all cases.

Measures already initiated and planned

  • Revision of the colour palette to meet WCAG 2.2 AA contrast requirements.
  • Optimisation of the semantic page structure (landmarks, heading hierarchy, ARIA mapping).
  • Improving keyboard operability in interactive and scrollable components.
  • Additional screen reader and keyboard testing before each major release.
  • Gradual remediation of documents and media content.

This statement was prepared on 26.08.2025 and last updated on 26.02.2026.

The assessment is based on a self assessment with automated checks (including axe core and Playwright, sampling across several page types) as well as manual plausibility checks.
