How We Work
Booking Process
Based on your requirements, we curate a handpicked selection of models at the start of the project or specifically check the availability of your preferred choices. Depending on the scope and capacity required, we handle both smaller productions and larger shoots and fashion shows.
Once you have made your selection, we work closely with you and our models to define the booking terms and clarify all organisational details in advance. A final agreed briefing forms the basis for the precise contract drafting as well as the definition of buyouts, usage rights and fees.
Throughout the entire planning and booking process, we remain your direct point of contact and ensure a smooth and reliable workflow. We respond quickly and efficiently to any changes. If required, we are also available to support productions and shoots on site.
Coaching
Through our coaching, we give our models the opportunity to develop their sedcards with intention and to build new skills through shoots and training. Together with our photographers, we work on posing, posture and expression, while our hair and make up artists help refine the right casting look and a confident feel for professional setups.
Another key part of our coaching is preparing our models for workflows on set. This includes punctuality and focus, as well as a clear understanding of briefings, visual language and teamwork. It is important to us that our models not only make a strong visual impression, but also work professionally and approach productions with composure, reliability and presence.
Applications and Open Castings
You can apply quickly and easily through our website. To do so, we need some basic information about you, the languages you speak and any experience you may already have. For the pola upload, please select four natural photos in line with our guidelines. Please do not use any filters or edit the images. For the full length shot, we recommend simple clothing that does not distract from your type.
Because a personal impression still matters greatly to us, we regularly host open castings. These give you the opportunity to introduce yourself and meet us in a relaxed atmosphere. Depending on the casting, we may also offer applicants a small test shoot on site. You can find all dates and further information on our website.
Dress Code: Please wear simple, well fitting clothing without bold patterns or large logos. Our aim is to get the most natural impression possible of you and your presence. In most cases, less is more.

You can apply via our application form and submit the key information about yourself, your profile, and any initial experience there. Please include recent, natural photos or polaroids with your application so we can form a realistic impression of you.
For us, the deciding factors are presence, naturalness, and a professional overall impression. This includes reliability, punctuality, openness, and the ability to work with focus in front of the camera or on set. Experience can be an advantage, but it is not always essential. What matters more is that you have personality and present yourself authentically.
We review every application individually and will get back to you once we have assessed your submission. As we do not evaluate applications superficially but with care, the process may take some time depending on the volume of applications. We therefore ask for your understanding that a response cannot always be given immediately.
We announce open castings separately as soon as a new date has been confirmed. All information regarding the process, requirements, and preparation will be published online in good time. If no date is currently listed, you are welcome to submit a regular application via our form. This allows us to get to know you independently of an open casting.
For a booking request, we need the most precise project information possible so that we can make suitable suggestions. This includes the type of booking, date, location, number of models required, desired look, and details regarding the usage of the images or videos. Mood boards, budget range, schedule, and any specific requirements such as measurements, skills, or willingness to travel are also helpful.
